This Lincoln Center apartment had a very severe design, and dated finishes trapped in the 1980s. The existing conditions provided us with a blank canvas to rework the layout, carving out two bedrooms and two bathrooms from a home that previously had half as much functionality. We oversaw a gut-renovation and decorated the home from top to bottom in a warm and welcoming mix of fixtures and finishes. We rethought the floor plan to incorporate a series of curved walls and arches and we used a mixture of vintage and contemporary furniture, lighting, and artwork in a calm color palette.
The overall atmosphere is now warm, welcoming, and perfectly appointed for our actress client.
